It’s not easy, but it’s worth it! We are social creatures, made to interact and engage for creativity and support. During Lockdown, we learned how to circumvent business interruptions, and even recognised new and effective ways to enhance human performance. However, to achieve innovation and compassion, nothing beats face-to-face without a screen- especially when the screen is off and the mic is on mute.
