Business today requires a unique set of skills, especially because we live in an over-communicated society dominated by too many communication platforms, fast paced technology and less socialisation. The most important skill is to sit up and pay attention to the change in the business landscape.
VHS (Virtual Hearing Solutions) aka VBS (Virtual Business Solutions) is headed up by Tyrone Moore and his partner Ken Pettway. Two former Cal Berkeley graduates who met WarriorRic in Johannesburg in December of 2021. Ty’s vision to expand his organisation from the States to South Africa and beyond required unified teams from all over the world across a diverse value chain in order to assess, advise and apply solutions to hearing deficiencies.
Hearing impaired himself, Ty understood the gap in the market and is filling it! His aim is to support good health, starting with hearing, but including the broader aspects of health for people to prosper and operate at their very best. For the start-up business, WarriorRic has worked with sales teams and technical personnel in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, as well as online with the United States working from California and the Carolinas. All-in-all, WarriorRic has reached over 200 VHS employees to date with motivational talks, workshops and team building.
